Diana & Kevin’s Wedding – New York City (Alger House, Grand Central, Central Park)

So excited to share this awesome wedding with you all. Diana and Kevin tied the knot at The Church of the blessed Sacrament in NYC and celebrated the night away at the historic Alger House in Soho. With two gorgeous dresses, a beaming bride, handsome groom and super fun bridal party it was bound to be an amazing photo day. And to top it all off, the forecast went from 70% chance of rain to 10% so extra special thank yous to the weather Gods

Since rain was forecasted, we preplanned with a permit to Grand Central and despite not needing it, we decided to stop off there briefly, for some majestic shots before heading to Central Park which was super fun.

Thank you Diana and Kevin for bring out your inner models and for all the amazing portraits you helped me create and also a special congrats to Kevin’s parents who were celebrating 35 years of marriage – you’re an inspiration to us all

Introducing Lily Borofsky – 3 months old – New York City

We are happy to announce the newest member of our ‘One Year Later Club’, adorable Lily Borofsky having her 3 month old portraits, taken with her very proud parents Michael and Jacki. Lily was absolutely gorgeous and the perfect model for all the fabulous knit hats and headbands, custom made for her by her awesome Granny. Seriously impressive work!! Lily you bring smiles to us all (especially your doting daddy) and I cannot wait to see you again real soon, for your 6 month portraits!!

Miles and Rose at the park – San Francisco

I was back in California a few weeks ago and got to spend a beautiful, sunny day in the park with baby Miles who just turned one year old and big sister Rose who is three. I had the pleasure of holding this little man and photographing him in the hospital when he was only 48 hours old. I can’t believe he’s a year already!! Thanks Elyse and Mike for another super cute portrait session. Your kids are adorable and never cease to amaze me with their beautiful personalities

Max Raphaely – 8 months old – New York City

Babies, Babies, Babies are simply the cutest part of my job!! Honestly who can hold a straight face and have a bad day when you have an 8 month old baby smiling from ear to ear back at you? And boy does Max have the cutest smile ever. Always happy, always smiling and giggling and such a pleasure to be around. Whitney contacted me a few months ago to help her create a dreamy, soft, delicate, pink portrait shoot for her daughter Maclane who just turned two months old. It was so much fun creating this shoot with Whitney and Maclane was an absolute doll throughout wrapped up in lace, flowers, feathers, furry pink boots and pearls

Diana & Kevin – Engagement Portraits – New York City!!

So excited to share this portrait session. Diana and Kevin take their romantic strolls and evening runs with their energetic dog Max around the reservoir so its only fitting that we headed to this location for their romantic engagement session. We got up there early to avail of the beautiful morning light and I have to say, I simply loved it. Great company and amazing new vistas, scenes, doors and bridges to play with!! Beverly & Rob – Engagement Party turned Surprise Wedding!!

A few months ago, I had the pleasure of meeting a very cool couple, who had the neat idea of throwing an engagement party for all their family and friends but with an added twist. About 2 hours into the engagement party, they quietly disappeared, quickly changed into a wedding dress and tux with their bridal party and sprung a surprise wedding on their family and guests. It was so much fun and definitely a moment to remember. Capturing the looks of surprise on their guests faces was hilarious and well there is nothing better than a surprise to get everyone in the party mood and this wedding was definitely ones I will remember for a long time. Truly unique, super fun and one spectacular party!! Love you guys

Since Beverly & Rob were going to be hidden when the wedding started, it was super important to capture the look of surprise, confusion and excitement on their guests faces

Arielle, Greg and 5 day old Boaz – New York City – Newborn Portraits

A few months ago I meet Arielle and Greg for their maternity session and since then I also met their adorable little son Boaz Daniel who was born on October 26th. He was only 5 days old when I had the pleasure of photographing him and his proud parents

Arielle and Greg are absolutely adoring parents but as a couple I thoroughly enjoyed meeting and working with them. They have a wonderful connection and are super respectful of one another. You know instantly how much Greg loves his wife, both with the way he describes her and interacts with her. Arielle has on the other hand, has this amazing gift, which without words shes glances up at Greg and honestly it is the most powerful and beautiful glance I have ever experience. It even took my breath away and she wasn’t even looking at me. It’s a very special gift to be able to convey so much love without words

Needless to mention, Arielle now also shares those same beautiful glances with little Boaz and well as you can see Greg is one of the proudest Dads around of his little son.

Thank you Arielle and Greg for sharing your love and life with me. It was such a pleasure to work with you both and to document this beautiful chapter in your life

Baby Aleiny – 3 months old – New York City

Little Aleiny who just turned 3 months old!! Last time I saw this little cutie, she was only 11 days old. Time has just flown by since then and Aleiny just seems to get more precious and adorable with each week. Since our last session, Aleiny has learned to smile and giggle and I swear she was trying to talk to us!!

At only three months old, Aleiny has even mastered flirting – Alain, your going to have your work cut out for you fending off the suitors

Rachel & Scott – Engagement Portraits – Forest Hills – NYC

Congratulations to Rachel and Scott who are getting married next August and who invited me over to Forest Hills in Queens to do their engagement shoot. I hadn’t been to this area before and was blown away by how magical and beautiful the area was. So full of green space with quiet streets and a wonderful suburban feel. One of my new favorite places
